Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, manage inventory, and keep both the floor and back-of-house areas organized. You will lead shifts, supervise on duty, and contribute to guest experiences during peak hours.

You will collaborate with store leadership, assist in hiring decisions, coach team members, and ensure accurate stock levels and pricing actions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead store product operations and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement product strategies.
• Supervise on-duty shifts and deliver world-class guest experience.
• Mentor team members and support training and onboarding.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate sell-through insights.
• Participate in hiring, recruitment, and performance feedback.
