lululemon in Columbia, MD is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, oversee BOH processes, and ensure floor and back stock are organized, while participating in hiring and providing performance feedback.

As Supervisor on Duty, you’ll deliver a world-class guest experience, educate customers on products, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring or delegating others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and keep shifts productive.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions for product focus or pricing.
• Participate in hiring: recruitment, selection, onboarding and training.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• When SOD, lead from the floor to deliver tech product education and guest experience.
