Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back‑of‑house operations. You will supervise inventory shifts, support performance reviews, and contribute to hiring decisions while ensuring a world‑class guest experience on the floor.

The role calls for strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to balance floor visibility with back‑of‑house efficiency, delivering consistent product availability and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience and some experience with inventory management, stocking, or logistics
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating to others
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and recommendations to store leadership.
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance support to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty.
