Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions and price adjustments.
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory-focused shift.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategies.
• Review daily data to guide product focus and pricing decisions.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and develop team members on the floor.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
