Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to direct the operation of a Walgreens store, including the pharmacy, focusing on sales growth, asset protection, and delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and drive store performance through data analysis and effective merchandising. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

• Monitor and improve customer service, merchandising, and asset protection.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate store team performance; manage daily planning and execution.
