Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, scheduling team members.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manages hiring, promotion and termination decisions.
