Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations for both the store and pharmacy, optimizing sales, profitability and customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail management or an equivalent combination of education and experience; pharmacy licensure as required by state is also considered. You will manage staffing, training, and performance while ensuring compliance and strong merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state OR pharmacy assistant or licensed RPh as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, staffing and scheduling.
• Monitors customer service and trains team members to deliver a delightful experience.
• Analyzes financial data to drive sales and control costs.
