Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens internship or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.

• Complete Store Manager LEAP training or willingness to complete within 12 weeks if placed in ESM role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters and manages front end operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and covers duties in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for team.
• Monitors customer service, coaches staff, and develops improvement plans for front end and pharmacy.
• Analyzes store performance data to drive improvements in sales and profitability.
• Ensures proper cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintains store appearance, safety, and compliance with laws and company policies.
