Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive a distinctive customer and patient experience. You will supervise opening/closing, scheduling, training, and performance management while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of a Walgreens store.
• Drives store sales, profitability and image through merchandising, asset protection, and staff development.
• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, and bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Manages inventory, receiving, stocking, pricing, and merchandising; supports pharmacy operations as needed.
