Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a Walgreens store and pharmacy, driving sales, profitability and customer experience. You will lead staffing, training, scheduling, merchandising, and assets protection while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service delivered by team members and develops action plans for improvement.
• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and cash handling.
• Manages merchandising, inventory levels, and loss prevention.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, laws and corporate guidelines.
• Develops and coaches team members to improve performance and customer experience.
