Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years retail management experience or a HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensure as pharmacy technician or pharmacist assistant as required by state law.
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including staffing, scheduling and task delegation.
• Supervise cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce loss.
• Lead merchandising, displays and promotional space to drive sales and customer experience.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability.
