Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant/Pharmacist (state requirements) with start within 12 months.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing shifts and scheduling.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Coach and train team members; develop performance plans and conduct regular feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience

High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience
