Job summary

You will drive policy adherence, asset protection, and staffing while coordinating with district and regional leaders to achieve results. The role requires a flexible schedule and a focus on professional store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and customer flow at registers.
• Oversee the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
