Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring for an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, coaching associates to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will manage floor replenishment, pricing execution, and visual merchandising to meet brand standards and optimize profitability.

You will lead teams, train new hires, and collaborate with Loss Prevention to safeguard inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching to meet daily goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to respond quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Teach, coach, and develop associates on processes for operational, service, and merchandising excellence.
• Direct floor replenishment and merchandising presentation based on sell-through and seasonal needs.
• Lead point-of-sale and customer service to deliver fast, friendly service and a compelling customer experience.
• Enforce pricing, signing, and ticketing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Support loss prevention by educating staff and monitoring store activity.
