Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising. You will coach and develop associates to execute operational, service, and merchandising processes for consistent execution and efficiency.

You will be accountable for KPIs and the primary goal of driving sales and profitability, while maintaining high standards in customer service and store presentation.
