Kohl’s in Ohio is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.

You will coach associates, execute merchandising plans, manage floor replenishment and price changes, and drive sales and profitability through strong leadership. This role emphasizes teamwork, brand standards, and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving, stockroom, and omni channel fulfillment.
• Drive accuracy through merchandises’ disposition and pricing activities.
• Maintain inventory levels on the sales floor via replenishment and remerchandising.
• Lead point-of-sale and customer service teams to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure merchandising standards follow visual direction and brand standards.
• Train associates on processes, inventory procedures, and Kohl’s tools.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies; monitor daily activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve KPIs and drive store profitability.
