Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager/Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. You will coach associates to execute processes efficiently, drive profitability, and manage key performance indicators across the store.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, floor replenishment, pricing, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management.
• Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving, stockroom management, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Lead pricing, merchandising, and sign/ticketing adherence to brand standards.
• Drive store performance by managing floor replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Support loss prevention through supervision and policy adherence.
• Train and develop new hires on processes, inventory procedures, productivity, and merchandising standards.
