Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, coaching associates to execute processes with accuracy and efficiency. You will drive sales, lead pricing and product presentation, and ensure a compelling customer experience across the sales floor and at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Teach, coach, and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes.
• Lead pricing, merchandising presentation and visual standards to brand guidelines.
• Direct stockroom, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment for accurate inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to minimize shrink and protect assets.
• Assign and train staff on company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to meet customer needs and workload demands.
• Maintain strong customer service through point-of-sale leadership and store operations.
