Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to provide oversight of store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. You will coach and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes with consistency and efficiency.

You will be accountable for key performance measures with a primary goal of driving sales and profitability, while maintaining brand standards across pricing, signage and product presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated people management and development capabilities.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and develop associates to execute processes with consistency and efficiency.
• Manage stock, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment to drive sales.
• Lead loss prevention practices and maintain store safety policies.
• Direct pricing, signage and merchandising presentation in line with brand standards.
