Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. You will coach associates to execute processes for consistent execution and efficiency, driving sales and profitability.

You will lead merchandising, pricing, training, and store standards, ensuring brand alignment and effective floor management across shifts and seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving, processing, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Drive accuracy through adherence to merchandise directives and pricing standards.
• Maintain floor stock levels via replenishment planning based on sell-through and seasons.
• Lead POS and customer service to deliver fast, seamless transactions and a great customer experience.
• Follow visual merchandising direction to present products clearly and compellingly.
• Direct training for new hires on processes, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Lead pricing changes, signing, and ticketing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Support loss prevention through education and monitoring of store activities.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to meet business needs and workload.
• Manage talent; hire, train, develop, and supervise associates.
