Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager/Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations or merchandising, driving sales and profitability. You will coach associates to execute processes, enhance customer service, and maintain brand standards across pricing, signage and presentation.

You will lead training, manage replenishment and loss prevention, and work to optimize omni-channel fulfillment while achieving key performance targets. A proactive leader with retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.

• Lead price changes, signage, and ticketing procedures.
• Manage replenishment, stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive store results.
• Ensure merchandising standards and brand presentation are followed.
