Job summary

Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead FOH and BOH activities, train staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining Swig’s standards and values.

Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring a smooth, friendly guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is a plus; must be 16+ with reliable transportation.
