Job summary

Swig San Tan Village is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our fast-paced restaurant running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, lead and mentor staff, and ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding Swig’s standards.

You’ll drive sales, manage labor costs, train teams, handle customer feedback, and assist with to-go and delivery orders. A food handler’s permit, reliable transport, and 16+ age are required; previous restaurant experience is a plus and opportunities for

• Monitor stocking, prep, and staging for efficiency.
• Adjust staffing schedules to ensure coverage and cost control.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory, and operational documentation.
