Job summary

Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy Salt Lake City location with energy and a focus on exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, greet customers, and keep the team motivated and aligned with Swig’s standards.

You’ll train staff, manage schedules and deposits, support online reviews, and collaborate to grow sales while keeping costs in check. A food handler's permit and reliable transportation are required, and prior restaurant

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old and have a food handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at Swig's Salt Lake City location.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and online reviews.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor costs.
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging; adjust staffing as needed.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory and documentation.
