Job summary

Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager in Orem, UT to lead daily operations, greet guests, and uphold Swig’s standards. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure a clean, safe environment for all customers.

You will collaborate with a team to drive sales, monitor labor costs, and deliver an exceptional experience. Restaurant experience is a plus; you must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and capable of working a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in restaurant operations or supervision is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, FOH and BOH, meeting Swig’s standards.
• Train, mentor, and schedule staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Act as primary contact for customer service and manage online reviews.
• Drive sales, monitor labor costs, and improve profitability.
• Ensure prep, stocking, and staging are efficient and compliant.
• Complete store checklists, manage deposits, and maintain documentation.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals for service.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders; ensure accuracy and timely service.
