Job summary

Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help keep a fast-paced store running smoothly. You will lead a small team, ensure great guest experiences, and uphold Swig’s cleanliness and safety standards.

You’ll train staff, coordinate serving and prep tasks, and handle daily duties from deposits to stock rotation. A positive attitude and reliable transportation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor team members to reach goals.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals for service.
• Craft drinks and food following Swig’s procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across dining areas and workspaces.
