Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager in Lantana, TX to oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure guest experiences meet Swig’s high standards. You’ll lead FOH/BOH, handle service challenges, and drive sales while controlling labor costs.

• Complete store checklists, manage deposits, and ensure smooth operations.
