Job summary

Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help run our store with energy and a focus on delivering an unforgettable experience to customers. You’ll supervise tasks, train teammates, and ensure cleanliness and safety while maintaining Swig’s high standards.

Key duties include leading operations, assisting with to-go and delivery orders, and promoting add-ons to enhance guest experiences. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and eligibility for U.S. employment is required.
