• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow.
• Oversee the receiving process, transfers, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning as needed.
