Burlington Stores, Inc. in Washington–Bellingham seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-million-dollar store.

You will mentor leadership, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience through strong service and operational discipline. The role requires a proven track record in retail management, the ability to oversee merchandising, inventory and staffing, and to partner with district and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing with merchandising teams.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs and inventory accuracy with operations teams.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and budgets with reporting and records.
• Recruit, hire and onboard associates; provide coaching and development.
• Handle personnel relations and scheduling; optimize staffing levels.
• Foster communication across store, district and regional teams.
