Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for customers in Pflugerville, Texas. You will manage store tasks, assist with receiving and stock, and drive sales while maintaining excellent service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Must be able to work day, evening, weekends and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and great service.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and ensure effective performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and set alarms for a smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing decisions.
