Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store team member in Round Rock, TX to deliver fast, friendly service and support daily store operations. You will help train crew, supervise tasks, assist with receiving and stocking, and lead the team as needed to ensure an excellent guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain WOW customer service during interactions with guests.
• Train crew on customer service standards and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Open/close store operations including cash handling and security.
