Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick floor placement; acts as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Manages opening/closing process, including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staffing and service improvements.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping of store, stock room and facilities.
