Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead as needed. The role requires open availability including nights/weekends, strong customer service, and the ability to coach associates while maintaining store procedures.

You will act as Manager on Duty and help ensure accuracy in coverage, adherence to policies, and safe store operations. Prior retail and leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience is required.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and coaching others.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience in-store and with guests.
• Act as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedures.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed correctly.
• Maintain appropriate associate coverage and delegate tasks.
• Coach and provide feedback to associates; monitor performance.
• Uphold safety, shrink reduction, and labor law compliance.
• Collaborate with management on training needs and priorities.
