The role emphasizes customer service, coaching Associates, and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Ideal candidates bring retail experience, teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and coaches Associates.
• Maintains Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all procedures and opening/closing routines.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and Associates.
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
