Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Key Carrier to support store leadership and daily operations in Altamonte Springs, FL. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends.

You will mentor Associates, ensure coverage, and uphold store procedures to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coaching, maintaining safety standards, and communicating priorities to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates; provides progress updates.
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
