Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier for our HomeGoods store in La Cañada Flintridge, CA. This role blends front-line leadership with hands-on operations, rotating with the Coordinator duties as store needs shift.

You'll model exceptional customer service, coach Associates, and help manage opening/closing procedures while ensuring adherence to policies and labor laws. Availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to respond to changing store needs with composure.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
