The role focuses on standardized work, accurate pricing, and timely reporting while collaborating with merchandising and leadership to maintain brand standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in direct customer interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions and post-sale activities.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts and escalations.
• Maintain accurate inventory via receiving, cycle counts and transfers.
• Collaborate on floor resets, product placement and signage accuracy.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and drive improvements.
