Living Spaces in Oklahoma City is seeking a Store Operations Lead to drive day-to-day store execution, inventory integrity, and pricing accuracy. You will act as a key executor of Standard Work, uphold SOPs, and support customer experience with precise cash handling and post-sale processes.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in retail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; experience with Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure policy and customer service alignment.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill orders including pickup/delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify pricing and signage by audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions to identify errors and drive improvements.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
