Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Store Operations Lead in Oklahoma City to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. You will validate day-to-day work, uphold standards, and support sales performance through reliable execution and service excellence.

The role centers on standardized processes, inventory integrity, pricing accuracy, and operational reporting. Required: High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of retail experience; Tableau experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pickup and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards.
• Verify pricing and signage accuracy via audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions to track performance and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
