Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent store operations and a seamless customer experience. You will validate daily work, manage cash handling, and support price integrity, inventory, and floor execution.

You will serve as MOD when needed, reinforce SOPs, and collaborate with merchandising for floor resets while maintaining service standards across high-traffic periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies, standards and customer service expectations.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
