Job summary

Five Below in Papillion, NE seeks a motivated hourly leader to wow customers and oversee daily store operations. You will train associates, manage duties, assist with receiving and stocking, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Flexibility for day/evening shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick floor setup.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
