Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time hourlyStore Leader to wow customers with friendly service and lead store associates. You will train crew on best practices, oversee daily operations, and assist with receiving and stocking.

You may act as Manager on Duty, manage cash, and support onboarding to improve performance. The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work day/evening/weekends, and at least 1 year of management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on BET customer service experience and ensures fast checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes store, handles cash, locks doors, sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
