Job summary

Five Below in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise crew, train associates, and help manage opening/closing duties with a focus on cash handling and loss prevention.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ years of management experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high service standards
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues
• Manages opening/closing processes, cash security, and alarms
• Trains and supports onboarding of associates on policies and product knowledge
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance
• Coordinates with leadership on merchandising procedures and store upkeep
