Five Below is seeking a Store Manager in Glen Allen, VA on an hourly schedule to lead daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will supervise associates, uphold standards, and drive sales with strong communication and leadership skills.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $13.27 per hour.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance including trash, cleaning, and stock room upkeep.
