Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members wow the customer with personal service and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick sale placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing processes, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
