Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact and great service.
• Oversee daily store activities, staff performance, and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prepare for day-to-day operations.
• Train onboarding and ongoing development of associates; drive sales and control expenses.
