Five Below is seeking a store leader to manage daily operations, supervise crew, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Racine, WI location. The role involves opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ongoing staff training.

You will drive sales, optimize merchandising, and partner with leadership to maintain a high-energy environment. Prior management experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience, supervising team members.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact and delivers the BEST customer service experience.
• Trains crew on customer service standards and monitors performance.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high-quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily prep for operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through effective merchandising and team performance.
• Works with leadership on merchandising plans and store maintenance.
• Performs maintenance tasks around the store and stockroom.
