Job summary

The Operations & Visual Manager at ALO leads store operations and visual execution, ensuring inventory accuracy, labor planning, and compelling display standards to maximize sales. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor and back of house, with a focus on customer-ready condition and efficient operations.

You will partner with the General Manager and store leadership to monitor budgets, performance metrics, and planning cycles while developing talent and maintaining ALO’s guiding

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile, with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to improve processes.
• Champion visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support sell-through management by aligning inventory counts and labor.
• Maintain safe, clean, and inviting store environment.
