Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual strategy, with emphasis on inventory control, labor planning, and delivering a customer-ready store. You will supervise a team, partner with the GM on budget and performance metrics, drive flow experience, and ensure alignment with ALO’s guiding principles in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partner with GM to improve processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support labor planning to efficiently receive product deliveries and maintain safety.
